Terms and Conditions

By booking with AGS Executive Chauffeur, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure we provide the highest level of reliability and service to our film, corporate, and private clients.

• Mandatory Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required for every booking to secure your vehicle and chauffeur.
• Confirmation: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once the deposit has been received and a confirmation email/message has been issued by AGS.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled as agreed (either via invoice for corporate/production accounts or prior to the journey for private hire).

• Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled, the £50.00 deposit is forfeited.
• Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to the full journey charge at the discretion of AGS.
• Production Shifts: We understand the fluid nature of film schedules. We will make every effort to reschedule at no extra cost if notified at least 12 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.

• Airport Transfers: We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment the flight lands (based on real-time flight tracking).
• Standard Pickups: We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• Extended Waiting: Waiting time exceeding these periods will be charged at our standard hourly rate, billed in 15-minute increments.

• Sourcing: While we aim to provide the specific vehicle requested, AGS reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or higher category if necessary.
• Passenger Safety: All passengers must wear seatbelts. We reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger who is abusive or poses a safety risk.
• Damage: Any professional cleaning or repairs required due to passenger negligence will be invoiced to the booking party.
• Smoking/Vaping: All vehicles are strictly Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping.

• Discretion: All AGS chauffeurs are trained in industry-standard discretion. We are happy to sign project-specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for principal talent transport.
• Route Planning: While we plan routes for efficiency, AGS is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, unannounced road closures, or police activity).

• AGS maintains full Hire & Reward insurance and Public Liability insurance.
• AGS is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle, though we will make every effort to return lost property to the owner immediately.
